By creating a Genify account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
Genify provides a productivity suite for networking, including business card scanning, AI-powered meeting notes, and CRM integration. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at our discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Genify Pro and Genify Plus are paid subscription services offered with the billing periods shown at purchase. Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are billed to your Apple ID and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel an iOS subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Subscriptions purchased on the web are processed by Stripe and can be managed through Genify web billing. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not provide a partial refund for the current period except where required by law or the applicable billing provider's rules.
The Genify name, logo, and codebase are the exclusive property of Genify. You retain all rights to the contact data and images you upload, granting us a limited license only to process this data to provide the service to you.
Genify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
