Your email signature is the business card people see most often. A clean one makes it easy to call you, find your company, or book time with you, without clutter that gets clipped or flagged. This generator builds a simple signature from your details right in your browser.
Short answer
A professional email signature needs your name, role, company, one or two ways to reach you, and at most one or two links. Fill in the form, copy the signature, and paste it into your email settings; it takes about a minute and works in Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail.
This is how your signature will look in an email.
