Steps
Open Genify.
Tap Settings in the bottom navigation.
Choose the section you want to update, such as profile, display preferences, notifications, integrations, or billing.
Make the change and save if a save button appears.
Return to Home or Contacts to confirm the change is reflected in the app.
Settings available in Genify
Settings includes account information, display preferences, notification preferences, device contacts import, integrations, billing, and support links.
Some settings may appear only when your plan supports the related feature.
Common fixes
If a setting does not save, check your connection and try again.
If a paid feature is missing, confirm your current plan in Settings.
If access is managed by Genify, contact support for account changes.
