Steps
Open Genify and choose Sign in if you already have an account, or Sign up if you are new.
Choose Continue with Google or Continue with Email.
Complete any verification or password prompts shown by the app.
Finish onboarding by adding your basic profile details and preferences.
After onboarding, use the bottom navigation to open Home, Contacts, Lily, Scan, or Settings.
Sign-in options
Google sign-in is the fastest path when your Google account is available on the device.
Email sign-in is useful when you prefer a password-based account or need to use a work email that is not connected to Google.
What happens after sign-up
Genify creates your private workspace, stores your profile preferences, and prepares your contact system.
If this is your first time using Genify, onboarding may ask for permissions such as camera access, contacts access, microphone access, or notifications depending on the features you choose to use.
Common fixes
If Google sign-in does not open, try email sign-in or update the Genify app.
If email sign-in fails, confirm the email address is typed correctly and reset your password if needed.
If the app says verification failed, close Genify completely and reopen it before trying again.
